Decided to stop at Carl's Jr. on our way down from camping. We walked in and was ignored for 5 minutes then the lady who did not wear a name but had a tattoo behind her neck and was short with black hair said "what do you want?" I ordered and realized I needed a couple more dollars than I thought she rolls her eyes and I understand her frustration so I run back out to my truck and grab my money, I get back in line and order again. She doesn't have any money in her till so she leaves us hanging for 5 minutes which again is understandable so we sit down and wait for our food. There's only 1 cook back there doing nothing and 4 cashiers socializing and giggling instead of greeting customers. The manager is back there washing his hands every 2 minutes why? He didn't have a reason to he was doing nothing. It's been 20 minutes and it's still not done so we go and ask what's the hold up? They told us it was coming 10 minutes later and it was done. They forgot our hash browns though so I go back in there and tell them they forgot them and the lady with the neck tattoo starts arguing with me telling me I didn't order them I showed her the receipt she rolls her eyes, grabs the hash browns and slams them back into my hand. I go back out and realize they were soggy and cold so I want my money back. Again the lady with the tattoo starts arguing how I don't deserve my money back. So Katie and Amanda take over and start issuing a refund and rolling their eyes. Gives us the money back and says "you're lucky" what the hell does that mean? I NEVER in my entire life have ever been so disrespected because THEY forgot our hash browns. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
Snappy order taker. 15 minute wait with only one order ahead of us at 11:50 AM. Feeling sorry for the three groups who walked in behind us.
Pulled through the drive through for a quick bite on our trip home from Idaho. Not great food, but it is ok food. And there was a cool praying mantis hanging out on the wall below the window.
Not a fan of fast food but if anything to choose between fast food in this town id choose carls jr rather then burgerking. Your guys fries are so goooood!
Yummy food for kids and adults. Love the 1$ chicken sandwiches. Soo good!! Tasty and easy.
