We called back the company. They said we had to wait until 1:55 for another driver. We should be prioritized! To sum it up, we've been playing phone tag with these dumbasses for 3 hours AND ARE STILL WAITING AS I TYPE THIS. Most recent update? We called the supervisor (had to struggle to reach him) and have to wait another 40 minutes. A TOTAL OF ABOUT 4 HOURS. *4 HOURS* IN 98 DEGREE WEATHER IN HIGH HEELS AND NO WATER ON THE DIRT!!! We have been kind and patient. You people should be shamed of yourselves! (I gave it one star because it wouldn't let me review otherwise.)
Jim is the tow truck driver who came to my rescue, stranded in a parking lot. He arrived at the time I was told. Jim was wonderful. He, being a previous mechanic, tried to start my car. He heard the issue at hand, tapped a few times on the starter and ....roar.... my baby started right up. He gave me the option to drive to the dealer myself or he could still tow the car. I headed straight to the dealer, where I texted Jim to let him know I made it, at his request. I appreciated that, as did my husband who couldn't come! A1 Independent Towing is A1 service or should I say 5 stars. Jim was the most helpful and pleasant tow guy I've ever met. Don't let looks fool you; He looked a little rough around the edges, but I'll call him anytime I need towing, or think I need towing! (I failed to mention, they are out of Fillmore but are trying to expand their business here in the Salt Lake City area. Give them a call!)
Ken saved us tonight. My 73 mustang broke down at the car wash next to the gas station ken was filling up at after he got off work. I ran over and asked for his help and he was willing, with no hesitation. Great company, great guy, my wife and I are extremely grateful! (P.s. Mustang for sale)
Thanks to Pam and Chris for getting to me quickly after my truck broke down in 90+ degree heat and the first tow company my insurance scheduled didn't show. Both Pam and Chris were friendly and helpful, helping me to the best of their ability. Only comment would be that the company ought to fix Chris's A/C, he works too hard to be hot in this heat! Thanks!

Absolutely hands down the worst roadside service we ever received from a towing company!
Our car broke down on the side of the highway by the mouth of Parleys Canyon. We were excited to hear the tow truck would be here in 30 minutes. We watched the GPS tracker and noticed the driver passed us. How hard is to find a white car on the side of road, huge oil trail and blinking hazard lights at 11am with GPS and specific directions? We called the driver to ask him to turn around and he said he couldn't tow us because our car was in the gravel and he needed a different truck. NO, we were parked on the asphalt by the white line. Turns out he assumed another abandoned car was ours, drove passed us again, canceled the job, and left us without a clue what to expect!
